On Friday, March 28, 2025, the day before Nyepi, Balinese communities celebrated Pengerupukan with the iconic Ogoh-Ogoh Parade.
At Skoebi-do, this parade is a highly anticipated event for both the kids and parents. Skoebi-do Canggu and Sanur embraced the tradition together, bringing the festive spirit to the school grounds. Dressed in traditional Ogoh-Ogoh parade attire, the kids and teachers fully immersed themselves in the celebration.
The parade ran from 9:00 to 10:00 AM, with the kids proudly presenting their handcrafted Ogoh-Ogoh figures to their parents. It was a heartwarming moment as parents watched in awe, feeling proud to see their children deeply connected to one of Bali’s most cherished traditions.
